Draft for professional review
This is a product and implementation specification, not legal advice and not a claim of legal review. It should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified Australian professional before commercial launch or publication.
01
This disclosure explains important data, calculation, software, and trading risks for Intralio. It is not a complete statement of every risk and does not replace the product terms.
02
Intralio records and classifies what happened in data you provide. It does not consider your objectives, financial situation, needs, experience, or tolerance for loss. It contains no trade signals and must not recommend, prompt, or comment on what you should do with an open position.
Rules, flags, scores, journal prompts, examples, and realized-history analytics are descriptive review tools. They are not personalised financial product advice or a prediction.
03
04
FIFO matches, settled-cash profit and loss, positions, cost-basis adjustments, wheel cycles, campaign alerts, and rulebook outcomes are derived by software. Different brokers, accountants, tax rules, or user assumptions may calculate or classify the same history differently.
Confirmed execution events do not automatically prove which wheel episode or strategy a transaction belongs to. Where attribution is uncertain, Intralio should keep it pending for user review rather than guess.
05
Intralio is a journal and reconciliation aid, not a replacement for official broker statements, confirmations, registry records, or advice from a qualified accountant or tax professional. Do not submit an Intralio figure to a tax authority or rely on it for a legal dispute without independent verification.
06
Software can contain defects and may be interrupted, unavailable, compromised, or changed. Imports and calculations may fail. You should retain the original broker files, official statements, and independent backups needed to reconstruct your records.
Never provide trading or withdrawal credentials. A read-only connection reduces authority but does not remove all privacy, security, platform, or availability risk.
07
08
Review import warnings and reconcile material positions, cash flows, fees, dates, and calculations against the broker source. If a result appears wrong or incomplete, do not rely on it until the source and classification have been checked.
09
Obtain appropriately licensed financial advice and qualified tax, accounting, or legal help when needed. Direct Logic does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, tax treatment, admissibility, profitability, or any trading outcome.
