Privacy Policy

Direct Logic is the registered Australian business name of Muhammad Saleem, ABN 69 794 521 020, an individual/sole trader based in Canning Vale WA 6155. In this policy, “Direct Logic”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Muhammad Saleem trading as Direct Logic.

This policy describes the intended handling of personal information across directlogic.io, product enquiries, MSammy subscriptions, Intralio, support, and access administration.

• Contact information you provide, such as name, email address, organisation or community, product interest, and message.
• Subscription and transaction references supplied by Stripe, such as customer identifier, plan, payment status, invoice or receipt reference, and limited billing details. Direct Logic should not receive or store full card details.
• Access information needed to administer MSammy, including your TradingView username, Discord username or user identifier, subscription email, entitlement status, and access history.
• Information you choose to provide to Intralio, which may include broker-export files, account labels, execution records, instrument and quantity details, prices, fees, timestamps, journal notes, personal rulebook settings, review decisions, and append-only correction history.
• Intralio-derived records, such as matched trades, positions, wheel-cycle classifications, adjusted cost-basis views, anomaly flags, and rulebook results. These are software outputs derived from the source information you provide.
• Support correspondence and records of account, cancellation, refund, or product-access requests.
• Limited technical information generated by hosting, security, and cookieless analytics services, such as approximate location, browser type, referring page, visited pages, and security logs.

Do not send full payment-card details, brokerage passwords, API secrets with trading or withdrawal permissions, TradingView or Discord passwords, government identifiers, tax file numbers, private keys, or recovery codes through the contact form, Discord, or email.

Intralio is intended to accept broker exports through its designated import process. Before using it, remove information that the import does not need and do not upload files containing another person’s data unless you have lawful authority.

• Respond to enquiries and provide requested product information.
• Process and reconcile a subscription, administer access, and provide support.
• Match an active MSammy entitlement to a TradingView invite and Discord member role.
• Import and preserve broker-originated events, identify ambiguous records for your review, and produce the Intralio ledger, journal, positions, wheel-cycle views, and realized-history analytics you request.
• Manage renewals, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and records required for business or legal purposes.
• Protect the site and services, diagnose faults, measure basic site use, and improve the product experience.
• Send product or service communications where permitted and provide a practical way to opt out of marketing.

The intended MSammy service involves third parties. Stripe processes payments and billing; Discord supports the member community; TradingView provides the platform through which invite-only scripts may be accessed. Hosting, email delivery, security, and privacy-conscious analytics providers may also process limited information for Direct Logic.

Intralio may use hosting, storage, authentication, email, error-monitoring, and limited read-only broker-connection providers. A broker export or connection remains subject to the broker’s own terms. Intralio must not request trading or withdrawal authority.

Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed or stored outside Australia. Before launch, Direct Logic should document the selected providers, configure only the data required for each purpose, and publish material changes to this policy.

Stripe should collect payment information directly through Stripe Checkout and manage billing through Stripe-hosted pages. Direct Logic should receive only the subscription and transaction information needed to provide access, support the account, and meet record-keeping obligations.

Your Discord and TradingView identifiers should be used only to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, or remove access associated with your subscription. Direct Logic must not ask for your passwords. Community messages may be visible to other members according to the channel and Discord settings you use.

Broker records can reveal financial activity and should be treated as high-impact personal information even where a particular statutory definition uses different terminology. Access should be limited to what is needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Intralio.

Original imported evidence and correction history may need to be retained together so the ledger remains explainable. A deletion request may therefore remove the related Intralio account and derived records rather than selectively rewriting an immutable history. Any legal or dispute hold should be limited to what is required.

Direct Logic must not sell broker records, use them to place trades, or use them to provide personalised recommendations. Any materially different use, including model training, would require a separate assessment and clear notice before it begins.

The existing site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service designed to provide aggregate site measurements without advertising profiles or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe, Discord, TradingView, and embedded or linked third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies.

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including access administration, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations. Records no longer required should be deleted or de-identified where practical.

Intralio source files, canonical events, derived records, and correction history should have a documented retention and account-deletion process before customer data is accepted. Backup copies may persist for a limited recovery period before deletion cycles complete.

Reasonable technical and organisational controls should be used, but no internet service is completely secure. Before commercial launch, access to customer records should be limited, credential handling documented, sensitive data encrypted where appropriate, and webhook or entitlement events logged without storing secrets in client-side code.

You may ask what personal information Direct Logic holds about you, request correction, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@directlogic.io. Identity may need to be verified before account information is disclosed or changed.

A request to correct an Intralio record should preserve the original broker evidence and record the correction transparently rather than silently altering source history.

MSammy subscriptions are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Direct Logic does not need brokerage holdings, account balances, financial objectives, or personal circumstances to provide the software and should not solicit that information through the service.

Intralio necessarily processes the trading records that a user chooses to import, but it should not ask for financial objectives, personal recommendations, or unrestricted brokerage access.

The service should be operated with Australian privacy principles in mind. Small-business coverage under the Privacy Act can depend on turnover and activities, so this policy does not assert that Direct Logic is either covered or exempt in every circumstance. Non-excludable privacy and consumer rights remain unaffected.

This policy is a general explanation, not a substitute for a collection notice. Before commercial launch, a concise notice should be shown when customer details, broker files, or a broker connection are collected, explaining the specific purpose, likely disclosures, overseas processing, and consequences of not providing the information.

Suspected unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure should be contained, investigated, documented, and assessed promptly. Direct Logic should notify affected people and regulators where applicable law requires it and should provide practical protective steps where appropriate.
