Draft for professional review
This is a product and implementation specification, not legal advice and not a claim of legal review. It should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified Australian professional before commercial launch or publication.
01
MSammy is intended to provide software tools and general educational support for self-directed market analysis. This disclosure explains important limits and trading risks. It is not a complete statement of every risk.
02
MSammy does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, needs, experience, tax position, or tolerance for loss. Tool output, documentation, Discord discussion, examples, and support must not be treated as personalised financial product advice or a recommendation to trade.
03
MSammy is not marketed as a signal service, copy-trading service, broker, portfolio manager, or managed account. Direct Logic does not place trades, control your account, or promise to tell you when to buy or sell.
04
05
Indicators simplify historical and current market data. They may lag, repaint where a script or source behaves that way, produce false positives, conflict with one another, or fail during unusual conditions. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. No combination of indicators removes uncertainty.
06
TradingView, Discord, Stripe, market-data sources, internet connections, devices, and MSammy itself may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or changed. You should not rely on a single tool for time-critical execution or risk controls.
07
Discord content may include general education, product guidance, market observations, and member opinions. Other members do not speak for Direct Logic. Community content can be wrong or unsuitable for you and should be independently assessed.
08
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, selecting instruments, understanding product terms, obtaining appropriate professional advice, setting risk limits, placing orders, and monitoring positions. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
09
Direct Logic does not guarantee profitability, accuracy, availability, loss avoidance, or any particular trading result. Marketing, onboarding, support, and community moderation must remain consistent with this boundary.
10
Consider obtaining independent advice from appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals before making decisions. If you do not understand a product or cannot tolerate its potential loss, do not trade it.
