01
MSammy is intended to provide software tools and general educational support for self-directed market analysis. This disclosure explains important limits and trading risks. It is not a complete statement of every risk.
02
MSammy software outputs are generated from market data and user-selected charts and settings. They do not use or consider your objectives, financial situation, needs, holdings, experience, tax position, or tolerance for loss, and they do not assess whether an output is suitable for you. Official Direct Logic support is product-focused and does not assess suitability.
03
MSD’s rule-based LE model is enabled by default and can be configured or disabled. On the user-selected chart, it displays long or short entry markers, a live trailing-stop reference, and stop-break exit markers, and supports user-configured TradingView alerts. These model outputs may be late, incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Direct Logic does not connect to or control your brokerage account, place orders, size positions, manage money, or provide copy trading.
The default Confirmed mode updates at bar close. Optional Live (intrabar) mode can change before the bar closes. TradingView alerts require user configuration and depend on TradingView delivery.

05
Indicators simplify historical and current market data. They may lag, repaint where a script or source behaves that way, produce false entry or exit states, conflict with one another, or fail during unusual conditions. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. No combination of indicators removes uncertainty.
A displayed trailing-stop reference is not a broker stop order, does not create, amend, or cancel an order, does not guarantee an exit at that level, and does not cap loss. Gaps, slippage, liquidity limits, delayed or incomplete data, platform outages, and model errors can produce materially different outcomes.
06
TradingView, Discord, Stripe, market-data sources, internet connections, devices, and MSammy itself may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or changed. You should not rely on a single tool for time-critical execution or risk controls.
07
Discord content may include general education, product guidance, market observations, and member opinions. Other members do not speak for Direct Logic. Community content can be wrong or unsuitable for you and should be independently assessed.
08
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, selecting instruments, understanding product terms, obtaining appropriate professional advice, setting risk limits, placing orders, and monitoring positions. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
09
Direct Logic does not guarantee profitability, accuracy, availability, loss avoidance, or any particular trading result. Marketing, onboarding, support, and community moderation must remain consistent with this boundary.
10
Consider obtaining independent advice from appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals before making decisions. If you do not understand a product or cannot tolerate its potential loss, do not trade it.
