MSammy Subscription Terms

These terms are intended to govern a paid MSammy Market Intelligence subscription supplied by Muhammad Saleem trading as Direct Logic, ABN 69 794 521 020, to the person identified at checkout.

MSammy is planned as software access to original TradingView tools plus educational product support through Discord. It is not personalised financial advice, a signal service, managed trading, brokerage, or a guarantee of results.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the subscription agreement.
• You must provide an accurate email address and the TradingView and Discord usernames used for access.
• The subscription is personal to you. You must keep your own platform accounts secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised use.

Access begins only after payment is confirmed and the entitlement is activated. Initial TradingView invites and Discord roles may be granted manually, so activation may not be immediate. A reasonable target and support process should be stated at checkout before sales begin.

Direct Logic must never ask for your TradingView, Discord, brokerage, or payment password.

• Access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your personal use during an active subscription.
• You must not share, sell, sublicense, publish, copy, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or make the tools available to another person.
• One subscription must not be used to operate a paid alert, signal, advisory, copy-trading, or managed-account service.

The price, billing period, currency, and renewal terms must be shown clearly before checkout. Stripe will process payment. If recurring billing is selected, the subscription renews at the stated interval until cancelled.

Charges should be shown in Australian dollars. Direct Logic is not currently registered for GST, so commercial materials must not say that a price includes GST or promise a GST tax invoice unless the registration position changes.

You may cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal when available or by contacting support from the subscription email. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law or a stated remedy requires an earlier outcome.

Change-of-mind refunds are not automatically promised after access has been supplied. However, nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The separate refund and cancellation policy explains the intended process.

• Treat other members and moderators respectfully; do not harass, impersonate, spam, or post unlawful or infringing material.
• Do not present content as a guaranteed trade, personalised recommendation, or instruction for another member.
• Do not post passwords, private keys, full payment details, or brokerage credentials.
• Moderation action may be taken to protect the community, subject to fair administration and non-excludable rights.

You are responsible for your own research, decisions, order entry, position sizing, and risk controls. Indicators can be late, incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Markets can move rapidly and losses can exceed expectations. You must read the MSammy Risk Disclosure before subscribing.

MSammy depends on TradingView, Discord, Stripe, internet access, and other third-party systems. Their outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or product changes may affect access. You must also comply with their applicable terms.

Tools, features, and support channels may evolve. Direct Logic should give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce paid access and offer any remedy required by law. Maintenance and urgent security changes may occur without advance notice.

Access may be suspended to investigate non-payment, security risk, access sharing, platform abuse, or a material breach. Except where immediate action is reasonably required, the customer should receive notice and a fair opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not remove accrued rights or non-excludable remedies.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any proposed liability cap, service remedy, or exclusion must be professionally reviewed before commercial launch.
