MSammy Refunds & Cancellation

This draft policy is intended to explain cancellation and refund handling for MSammy subscriptions supplied by Muhammad Saleem trading as Direct Logic. The final checkout must show the applicable plan, billing period, price, and renewal terms before payment.

A subscriber should be able to cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal when enabled or by contacting info@directlogic.io from the subscription email. A cancellation request should be acknowledged and recorded.

Unless a refund or other remedy applies, access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew.

A general change-of-mind refund is not automatically promised after digital access has been supplied. Direct Logic may choose to provide a discretionary refund in appropriate circumstances, but doing so in one case does not create a continuing entitlement.

If access is not supplied, is materially different from what was described, or has a major or recurring fault, contact support promptly with the subscription email and enough information to investigate. Direct Logic should first verify payment and entitlement records, then provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees, rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, resupply, cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Report a suspected duplicate or unauthorised charge promptly. Do not send full card details. Direct Logic should review Stripe records, preserve relevant evidence, and explain whether the matter will be handled by Direct Logic, Stripe, or the card issuer.

An approved refund should ordinarily be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside Direct Logic’s control. The customer should receive confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Where a subscription charge is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related MSammy, Discord, and TradingView access may be removed after the entitlement is reconciled, subject to applicable law and fair handling of any disputed matter.

Email info@directlogic.io from the address used at checkout. Include your name, approximate transaction date, plan, and a plain description of the issue. Do not include full card numbers, passwords, or brokerage information.
